Official Rules
NOPURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. ENTRY INTOTHE PROMOTION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. VOID WHEREPROHIBITED.
These Official Rules apply to the 2024 YCS Indianapolis Survey Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”). One (1) fan will win one (1) Rescue Rabbit plush toy by attending the 2024 YCS Indianapolis event during the weekend of June 1-2, 2024 and completing a survey. One (1) entry will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries to win the Rescue Rabbit plush toy. Entries will only be accepted during the Term (defined below) of the Promotion.
Entries must attend the 2024 YCS Indianapolis event in-person and complete all survey questions in order to win. Entries will only be accepted during the Term (defined below) of the Promotion.
Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you must be (i) thirteen (13) years of age or older on the date of entry, and (ii) in attendance at the YCS Indianapolis in Indianapolis, Indiana taking place June 1 – June 2, 2024. Employees, representatives, officers, and directors of Sponsor (defined below), its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), as well as immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of such employees are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

Promotion Term: The Promotion will begin June 1, 2024 at 10:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) and end June 2, 2024 at 3:00 pm ET (the “Term”). Unless otherwise noted, for all times provided in these Official Rules or in relation to the Promotion, the applicable time zone will be Eastern Time. The Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion. The drawing will take place on June 2, 2024 at 3:30 pm (the “Drawing Date”).
How to Enter: During the Term, while attending the 2024 YCS Indianapolis event, entrants must complete all questions in the survey (the link for the survey will be made available at the event), and submitting the survey to receive one (1) sweepstakes entry. After the Term, one (1) qualifying entry will be randomly selected to win one (1) Rescue Rabbit plush toy. Winner must be present to win.
- Your entry must be within the general spirit of the Promotion and meet the following requirements:
- Must not violate or infringe the rights of others including, without limitation, patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, publicity, privacy or other proprietary rights
- Must not impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Must not be unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, tortuous, or contain explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of, sexual acts, or otherwise contain any other content that is objectionable;
- Must not victimize, harass, degrade, or intimidate an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
- Must be within the general spirit and guidance of the Promotion, including meeting the terms of these Official Rules;
- Must not contain an advertisem*nt or solicitation not affiliated with the Sponsor;
- Must not contain any musical recording or compilation; and
- Must not contain imagery, content, recording or other element that is owned by a third party.
Eachperson is limited to one entry. Entriesusing automatic entry will be disqualified.Entries using multiple accounts will be disqualified. Entrants agreeto be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions ofSponsor, which are final and binding. Entries will be considered void ifthey are in whole or in part illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular,altered, counterfeit, produced in error, forged, mechanically reproduced orobtained through fraud or theft, or if they contain material that does not meetthe requirements described in these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole andabsolute discretion, to refuse to accept any entry for any reason.
Completingan entry constitutes your agreement to these Official Rules. To be eligible, Sponsor must receive yourentry within the Term.
Prize:Sponsor will award one (1)prize, consistingof one (1) Rescue Rabbit plush toy. Approximate retail value: $37.99 USD ($48.40 CAD). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligibleentries received.
Promotional images may differ fromactual prize. Actual value may vary. Winner will be responsible for all costsand taxes associated with winning the prize. Prize awarded as-is. The Sponsormay, at its sole discretion, choose to substitute the prize with another ofcomparable or greater value. No prize transfer, assignment or cash or other substitutionby the prize winner is permitted. If any prize or prize notification isreturned as undeliverable, the prize will be considered forfeited and theSponsor will select an alternate prize winner from all remaining eligibleentries. The Promotion Entities will not be liable for unsuccessful efforts tonotify any potential Prize winner.
Prize Notification: On Drawing Date, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be announced at the 2024 YCS Indianapolis event at 3:30 pm ET. The winner must be present to win as well as complete and sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release and submit certain personal information, including but not limited to birthday, location, and legal name. If the winner is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian must execute the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release on his/her behalf. If potential winner is not present and/or does not come forward to claim the prize within five (5) minutes of the announcement of winner, or if a potential winner does not complete such affidavit of eligibility, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the individual selected and select at random an alternate potential winner following the same process.
Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, byaccepting a prize, a prize winner consents to the Promotion Entities’ use of his/herlikeness, photograph, name, biographical information, entry, and/or voice foradvertising and publicity purposes in any and all media worldwide (includingwinners list) without additional compensation or notification. The name andcity/state/country of residence of the prize winner may be utilized incommunications and advertising, including being posted on the websites of thePromotion Entities.
Rightto Modify: If theSponsor, in its sole discretion, determines that the Promotion or any portionof the Promotion is impractical, fraudulent, void, unlawful or if there are anytechnical or administrative malfunctions, errors or other problems that affectthe structure, terms or lawful administration of the Promotion, the Sponsor mayterminate, cancel or otherwise modify the Promotion, in whole or in part in itssole discretion.
Limitation of Liability:By participating in the Promotion, you agree to release, indemnify, andhold harmless Sponsor and its related companies, and each such company’srespective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the“Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising outof or related to, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, yourparticipation in the Promotion or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize,including, but not limited to: (a) claimsarising from any breach or alleged breach by you of these Official Rules; (b)claims arising from unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (c)claims arising from technical or printing errors; (d) claims arising from lost,late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail or email; (e) claimsarising from errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing ofentries; (f) claims arising from injury, death, or damage to persons orproperty; or (g) claims based on defamation, infringement of intellectualproperty rights, or on the rights of publicity or privacy. You further agree that in any cause ofaction, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the actualout-of-pocket costs associated with participating in the Promotion, and in noevent shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO INDIRECT,SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE ORNOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONSOR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO ALL ENTRANTS.
IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOUWAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF THE STATE OFCALIFORNIA, WHICH PROVIDES AS FOLLOWS:“A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOTKNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE,WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS SETTLEMENT WITH THEDEBTOR.”
GoverningLaw & Dispute Resolution: To the extent permitted by applicable law, byentering the Promotion, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causesof action arising out of the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolvedindividually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively bythe appropriate federal or state court located in Los Angeles, CA. Allissues and questions concerning these Official Rules, your rights andobligations, or Sponsor’s rights and obligations shall be governed by the lawsof the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law orconflict of law rules.
GeneralConditions: Sponsorreserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it findsto be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting inviolation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine theoperation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and,should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages fromany such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term ofthese Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any otherprovision. In the event of a dispute asto any entry, the authorized account holder of the email account used to enterwill be deemed to be the entrant. Apotential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized accountholder. In the event that an entry isconfirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or destroyed, entrant’s soleremedy shall be another entry into the Promotion. If any provision of these Official Rules isheld to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and theremaining provisions shall be enforced.
WinnersList A listidentifying the winner(s) shall be available from the Sponsor by writing to theSponsor at the address above and requesting a WinnersList.
Privacy: All information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be maintained in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://legal.konami.com/kdeus/privacy/en-us
